Anika Robbins is a 20 year beauty industry maven with a panache for creating the total look. A multi-cultural expert, she specializes in creating healthy hair solutions on natural and chemically-treated tresses. Robbins has an eye for creating custom color and style solutions designed to accommodate her clients’ busy lifestyles. A true artist, Robbins has been a design team member for over 10 years lending her hair, makeup and management expertise to a number of global beauty campaigns, trade shows and special events. She is an esteemed and highly sought-after Educator, particularly in ESL beauty schools, due to her ability to truly connect with her students, many of whom have gone on to become successful stylists and instructors in their own right. Named ‘Top 50 Black Female Power Brokers’ 3 years in a row, by Salon Sense Magazine, Robbins and husband, Dr. Juneau Robbins, own the Robbins Urban Wellness Retreat in her native Minneapolis, MN. She is also co-owner of Studio LA, a hair & makeup studio in Downtown Minneapolis.
